B’Fitted Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped. This policy ensures hygiene, safety, and quality control.
Non-Returnable Items
All items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including waist trainers, activewear, fitness apparel, insulated bottles, accessories, and sale or promotional items. Worn, tried-on, or opened items cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Items must be unused and in original packaging. If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Shipping & Sizing
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. B’Fitted is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned orders.
Refer to our size charts before purchasing, as we are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in order cancellation or restriction from future purchases.
